Purchased Mashup packs, textures, skins and worlds

Device: iPad Pro 3rd edition 11 inch.

 

Yesterday I purchased things from the marketplace, specifically worlds, textures and skin packs. Today, I was using some of my newly purchased packs, then I completely closed the app.  Then a little later I opened Minecraft and I had my new purchases, but all my old purchases were gone. In the marketplace, all my old purchases are locked.

I tried to click restore, but that didn't help.
