My bought skins disappeared

I had bought Minecraft for my Windows 10 with 3 skin packs and 700 Minecoins. I have been using these packs for months with no issues. Then suddenly today, they're all gone. It says I have to 'unlock' them by buying them, my skin packs were Villains, Skin Pack 1, and Greek Mythology. Please help me. I want my skins back.
