No keyboard is responsive in game.

I can't use either my laptops keyboard or a usb keyboard in game at all.  It doesn't work at menus, when trying to type in a server, or when a world is loaded. I've tried reinstalling minecraft for windows 10, restarting the computer, reinstalling the keyboard drivers, and unplugging all usb connections.
