No Drinking or Eating Sounds on Ryzen 5 2400G

Hi I had this issue since i built my Ryzen 5 2400G setup. My BIOS, Windows and sound drivers are up to date. Couldn't find any solutions on the Web so i decided to reinstall Windows 10 to see if it will work that way. Didn't work at all. I think its a bug of some sorts I really don't know but you guys should check it out.
