Server Breaking Bug 1.12.1

Server breaking bug comparaters repeaters observors and command blocks are broken right now command blocks do not change from impulse and all types of redstone only detects a redstone signal from a command block once then it soft locks.This issue may be exclusive to realms as I have not tested on a regular world.
