I bougth the Fallout Mash up in the Marketplace, played it, but now it's locked and the rest of my coins are gone

So yesterday I bougth the Fallout Mash up pack in the store and had 30 Minecoins left, but when I tried to leave my world after I played it for a while the game crashed, after I restarted my game and clicked on the world it said I haven't bougth the pack and when I went into the store the pack was like I never even bougth it and the rest of my coins were also gone. So know I can look at the Image of my world it the menu but can't play it or use anything from the pack. its like I never even bougth coins. So my purchase is gone and my money too.
