No sound

First I lost all music (that was almost a year ago) now, even after upgrading to the newest version of Minecraft on my iPhone, I’ve lost ALL sound. Nothing in my worlds, realm or even the splash page buttons and selections. Sound options are all on, volume is all the way up on my device. What am I supposed to do?
