[Duplicate] Specifically Pillager Capitans are passive with players

While I was reviewing the changes for Pillagers, I found that Pillagers will attempt to go after the player like normal but Pillager Capitans specifically ignored me even after hitting them. This all happened when I was in Android. I do not know if this bug effects other platforms.
