Realms lag problem?

The last monday i joined in a friend realm, He and my other friends are on android and i am on PC with another 2 players. I played normally for 30 minutes and then I noticed that the chat was delayed, the map doesn't chargue anymore, I could break blocks but it doesn't drop, and when i tried to hit mobs they get stuck or doesn't receive the hit. I quit to title and then i join back to the realm but i got the same. Then i joined in another friend realm and the same. pls help
