there is an issue in the duck tales pack

I bought the Disney Duck Tales pack and I am completely stuck at some point in the secret vault. One of the rooms with the water. My character is stuck on two white tales on the floor. I have restarted the game multiples times but I am still stuck. I am not sure of what to do. Please help me.
