Software Error

Hello, Minecraft is not working on my Nintendo switch on my account, it keeps saying software was closed due to error, and it’s only on my account, it works on all the other accounts, but my account has the Nintendo switch online,
I have email Mojang, I have talked to a representative of Nintendo they can’t fix it,  need help ASAP. Thank you!
