Mash-Up Worlds Will Not Load

Bought and created the Adventure Time Mash-Up world to play with my husband. We created our world yesterday (9/3/19) and was still able to play today, up until I purchased the Toy Story Mash-Up (Today, 9/4/19 at around 3:45 PM MST).

After purchasing the Toy Story Mash-Up to play on my own, not only was I not able to create/join my newly purchased mash-up, I am now unable to get into mine and my husbands Adventure Time world............

 

Please help!
