An owned texture pack is deactivated due to “my account not owning it”

8/31: I bought the Spirited Blocks texture pack 9/4: the pack was not on my world and the default textures were back. I went to the world settings and the texture pack was activated but the default textures were in game. After reloading a screen message popped up saying that the texture pack was deactivated due to my account not owning it. The pack shows up in settings still. I have never logged into an XBOX live account since I’ve purchased this pack
