Texture packs not working.

I just bought texture pack "Block Pixel" a few days ago, and today it stopped loading. When I enter my game it is the default minecraft texture. I've checked that I have "Block Pixel" activated and have reset my game and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it still won't load. So I bought a different pack, "Super Cute Texture Pack", but when I try to load it the whole app crashes and I can't open the app till after I uninstall and reinstall minecraft, wiping all data in the app.

I don't know what I should do, and I'm not finding help specific to my problem.

 

What can I do to fix these problems?
