When destroying blocks, if moved the destroying block circle will still stay in the same spot

I was hoping it disappear like previous versions (i think)

But the block breaking circle still exists when moved

Steps to Reproduce:
1. When trying to destroy block
2. Move the screen with another finger (towards a sky area or other area out of reach distance)

Note: possible but hard to reproduce on creative

Have found this bug again on 0.10.4 on a server.
