end city portal is broken in minecraft windows 10, minecraft realms and dedicated bedrock server

1. I started a world on Windows 10 PC
2. Played for couple of months
3. Moved the world to Dedicated Bedrock Server
4. Defeated the Ender Dragon
5. Visited the End cities 4 to 5 times through the end city portal from the main Island
6. Suddenly the End City portal got locked off
7. Now it just teleports to the main island when I throw enderpearl to end city portal.
8. I have to fly now in order to go the nearest end city island.
9. Moved the world back to Windows 10 MC App, and also to Minecraft Realms but no luck.
