You Cant Sit Down tamed CATS in your world or stand them or let them follow you

I had Two Cats but one didn't seem to teleport to me or follow me OR let me sit him down.
the Next day I played MY Other Cat did the same thing. I don't know if is for dogs too but im still trying to gather info on this. Hopefully its a world glitch and not for All windows 10 users
