The Farm Villagers are not harvesting carrot and potatoes in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

I was creating a village, and start to creat an automatic farm, and i started to see that the villager was not harvesting carrots, so i go to a creative world to test, and I test it, and the villagers are not harvesting Carrots and Potatoes, they just plant it, but not harvest.
