Detector Rail staying activated after being moved by piston

The detector rails stays being powered after being moved by piston

To make it happen, I just place a detector rail then a minecart on top. After that,  I just activated a piston to push it then remove the minecart. The detector rails stays activated as seen in the screenshot.
