my worlds are damaged and can´t open them

I already tried moving to SD and back but there were no changes. My worlds keep crashing and a sign appears "your world is damaged" (tu mundo está dañado in spanish)

It was a great effort for us to buy the original minecraft and now that we have it we can´t use it. I would like a solution, please
