Vindicators legs are not in a sitting position in Windows 10

Vindicators are still in a standing position when riding a boat, minecart or a ravager (via /summon command SpawnEvent) in Windows 10 - PC, does not effect Android. Similar issues like ~~MCPE-43778~~ and ~~MCPE-51266~~.
