unable to play multiplayer

I am unable to play multiplayer on my xbox one  its says after a few seconds that i have been disconnected from microsoft. i have checked and i am still logged on. I have also restarted my xbox, checked internet connection, removed the game and re loaded, left the beta and rejoined. yet still i am unable to play multiplayer with my friends.
