Toy Story Pack not working

So I bought the toy story pack then it worked but my friend had toy story too so I tried to join his world but then it said download pack so I clicked on it and it took a long time so I quit but later I tried to join toy story world then it said there was a problem so I tried again then it said there was a problem again so I deleted it and download it then again it said there was a problem I deleted it and shutdown my pc then I download it again then didn't work again so I was very upset please fix this Mojang.
