Can't /give with minecraft: namespace in new beta

1.13.0.9 beta:

/giving myself some stuff, when I noticed minecraft: wouldnt autocomplete anymore. Tried typing it out and it broke. example: /give @s minecraft:anvil

What I expected:

Get the item (anvil)

What happened:

Got an error, no item.
