Loading screen freezes on the Minecraft title with the loading screen on the Bottom (even when I'm not using wifi)

Hello there, I'm trying to get in Minecraft but suddenly after I past the mojang logo screen, it freezes at the Minecraft loading screen even when I'm not on wifi, have anyone ever experienced this type on their devices?
