Freezing when logging in

Whenever I open the app it will load then when signing into X-Box Live it will freeze, usually I am able to bypass the issue by quickly going into settings and logging out of X-Box but this is not the case, you see, now it won't sign into X-Box and freeze in the middle of logging in, this isn't an internet issue either, I have 5G internet and no other devices are on besides my phone, please fix this, I don't want to have to make ANOTHER copy of the world I have on my phone
