My realm and worlds are missing!

Hello,

My name is Lety and I love playing Minecraft and so do my sisters. We play it as much as we possibly could over the summer. We created a world with our cousins and I had a few of my own as well. I decided to purchase a realm so then I can transfer our world into the realm. But after I made my purchase, it said that the purchase was successful but the realm wasn’t created and it would appear as soon as possible. I didn’t mind so I got off the app and minded my own business. It’s been close to a week now and my money has already been drawn out of my account and there is still no realm. So I came to a conclusion to delete the app and download the app again to see if this could possibly fix my problem. Little did I know, all my worlds were erased and STILL no realm!

Could you possibly fix this? Could I have my realm and my worlds back? It would be no fun to start over and have my money taken out for nothing I don’t have.
