Mouse buttons are acting up.

Problem is my mouse button 4 is cycling through my hotbar slots to the right, and my mouse button 5 is cycling left. This is an issue i have just only gotten, never had this previously. I use mousewheel to cycle through hotbar, but now my mb4 and mb5 seem to do the same thing which is very irritating.
