Game Crashing When Opening A UI In A Realm

Around 3 days ago my friend invited me to his realm (My friend is on Xbox, I'm on PC) and we play. The next day when I open my inventory my game freezes. I click off of minecraft and rejoin. It happens again, so i change the binding to TAB instead of E. It Worked OK,  until I use the crafting table, that's when my game freezes again. Now every time I open a UI my game crashes. If anyone know a solution that would be great!
