Game crashes when on wifi

Game refuses to load when connected to wifi seems to effect my galaxy s10+ but not the wife's s10 e

Currently not able to play multiplayer or single player 

And in order to get the game to even launch correctly I have to uninstall and reinstall it being sure not to open the game while connected to wifi
