I can't Get minecoins on Nintendo Switch [FIXED]

Help, I bought Minecons (640 in total), but I still haven't received them when I even got emails that the purchase was successful, it's been a while and nothing, I closed the game and reopened it, but nothing happens yet.
I did all this on Nintendo Switch, I want to receive the coins or if possible, a refund.
