Losed Worlds

  Hello, i think it's unique problem because i losed all my worlds in minecraft windows 10 edition after actualising windows. I reported it to microsoft administration and after some tips he sended me to you, developers and programists of the game in order to bring my worlds back. I have a copy of the entire conversation made by administator with which i was writing sended to my gmail so i can show it to you by sending to email or by sending screens.
