Random Crashing

After playing the game, being on the same world, for about 1.5 to 2 hours the game will just crash. That goes for playing on a single player world, a friend's world, and a server. (I am no that sure if it is because of being on the same world but I do know that it never crashed when I kept the game idle on the title screen)
