rendering glitch

One of the members of the realm I purchased is having a major rendering glitch. An area he has built in is not fully rendering. He can glitch into the walls and suffocate. I have included a link to a video of what he is seeing and how he can see bits of his area. His Xbox gamertag is FIFASCAR19. Should he be reporting this issue as it is only happening to him or should I as the owner of the realm? Also is this something that will require an update to correct?
