Minecraft on Ipad stuck on loading screen

Since a couple of days ago (17 August 2019) Minecraft on my Ipad is stuck on the loading screen. I tried to remove and reinstall Minecraft but same problem. Turning off Wifi the game crashes while loading. With Wifi on the game is simply stuck.
