minecraft on switch sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds

I have another version of this issue open for version 1.10. However, since 1.11, the issue still happens though less often. This time, I attached proof of the issue in version 1.11 although it still happens in version 1.12. lowering render distance and changing other video settings did not fix the issue and I have not seen other reports of this issue on the bug tracker. This also happens in any world and even servers on a reliable internet connection. As I said earlier, the issue happened since 1.10 and as of 1.11, it does not happen every minute or 2. I know the description is a bit long but thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
