Problems in the end

So I’m in my friend’s world and I got to a building terrain screen after I jumped into an end portal and it wouldn’t load me in. I restarted my game and now when I load in it shows my character in all black around me. Can’t move, can’t jump, can’t place, restarting again doesn’t work. Please help
