sometimes when loading up the world or coming back from the neather the half the world dosent load in and i can see nothing and cant walk over there

sometimes when loading up the world or coming back from the neather the half the world dosent load in and i can see nothing and cant walk over there it effects when I am playing with friends. I really like this game can u please fix this.
