Xbox one bedrock edition keeps crashing every 5 minutes and is impossible to play

This is so unbearable to play, every time I try to play, five minutes in my game will freeze and I have to exit out and try again. The game isn't slow starting up or laggy at all, nor does my Xbox need an update, so I have no clue as to what could be causing the game to freeze, and so often. Any help or Information will be much appreciated, thanks.
