Rail facing bug

PC with Windows 10

Version: 1.14.4

How I want it to be (west/east heading):

How it is when it's north/south:

Just can't get it to face to the other direction, I tried everything I can think of to fix it...
In the older version (might be few versions ago, I didn't played for a long time) I could do it without a problem.
