Nintendo Switch has significant lag

There is a significant lag whenever

• creating a world [makes sense]
• loading a world [makes sense, but the Switch is solid state]
• Autosaving the world [all entities freeze up and the saving icon stays on screen for what seems like upwards of 5 minutes!]
