Game keeps closing

This is the second time I have to put this issue on here because no one seems to be responding to my problems. When I click to open the app the screen goes black and it kicks me out. I've tried every method that the internet has provided and keep coming up with the same issue. Please get this fixed as soon as possible, otherwise I'll be forced to leave a horrible review and uninstall the app.
