Stuck in controller mode?!?!

So I connected my ps4 dualshock controller an played with it no problem but when I tried to play on touch mode again nothing happens I can just change items from the hotbar  so I wish u can tell me what to do to fix it so I can play mcpe on the go and not have to connect my controller all the time cuz I don't have my controller all the time thx.
