Mobs and pick-upable items on the ground are only appearing in one lens on Oculus Rift

I turned on my PC to play Minecraft VR on the Rift and it's all of a sudden only showing the mobs/animals and items on the ground in the left lens only and makes me super nauseous. Steps taken to attempt to fix the issue (without success):

1. Restart PC with Oculus Rift plugged/unplugged.
2. Uninstall both Minecraft VR and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, reboot, reinstall both.
3. Recalibrate Rift.
4. Uninstall Oculus software, reboot, reinstall Oculus software.
5. Check for Nvidia GPU driver updates (GeForce GTX 1070).
6. Check for Windows updates.
