Softlocked in The End

You get softlocked in Position -921, 60, 662 in The End

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Throw an ender pearl near the End City entry block
2. Be lucky/unlucky and get softlocked

Observed Results:

I'm stuck in one place and can't throw anything, put anything, and move

Expected Results:

I should be in the End City
