All my texture packs and skin packs are locked.

I have 21 or so texture packs. They are all locked. I have a similar number of skin packs. Also locked. And my 360 coins are gone. I only have access to the three texture packs that have been marked with a (P) for some time now: City Pack, Fantasy Pack, and Natural Pack.
