There is something wrong with the role of Villagers when receiving functions, jobs.

By handing a job to Villager, he is not respecting the 8-block rule, it's hard to hand a job to a Villager next to me, because another Villager far from where I am is taking that job I'm trying to put to Villager next to me. That's a problem, because I try to use that Villager for some project, but it doesn't take up the profession, so I have to discard it and look for the other Villager from far away.
