Mouse lag when graphical settings are high

I used to use 44 chunk view distance and every graphical setting maxed out on my pc, but nowadays, I have to lower the view distance and antialiasing settings to get the mouse working properly, if I don't lower it, mouse struggles and lags. My pc specs:

I5 3350P 3.30 Ghz 4 Core 4 Thread 6 MB Cache

GTX 750 Ti 

8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz Memory

Gigabyte H61M-DS2 Rev 2.0 Motherboard

Windows 10 - Version 1903

Sandisk 128 GB SSD (Windows runs from it)

Before updating the game or Windows 10 (I'm not sure which), it ran quite well, but nowadays my mouse lags a lot and I have to lower my view distance. It was not the case back in the day. Thats why I report this. Is there any way you can help me? Thank you in advance. (Sorry if you don't understand this text, I'm not English)
