Light Block is just an "Update Game Block" and it's not functional on Android.

Hello! First time on Jira! I have a (sort of) bug issue. I see on YouTube that there is a light block by "/give" command. I turned on "Experimental Gameplay" & "Education Edition". But, when I tried it, the light block is an "Update Game Block" and it's not working. I hope they fixed it in a new update.

I tried on Multiplayer from people running Windows 10 and it's still works but why not singleplayer (Android)?

Repro Steps:

1. Launch the game on Android
2. Create a new world (with or without EX features)
3. Run /give @s light_block 1 10
4. Look at the item received
5. Place the item

Observed Results:
The light_block item has a placeholder texture, and is not functional.

Expected Results:
The item should have the correct texture and be functional.
