Sometimes when I log onto Minecraft on my IPhone 7+ the game starts hitching/freezing every 2-3 seconds.

Sometimes when I start playing Minecraft it starts hitching/freezing. Not sure what the cause is but it started doing that when I restarted my phone, and when my battery died on me while playing.
